Inside Sales Executive
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Position Title: Indside Sales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Employment Status: Regular Full-time
Overall Experience: 1 – 2 Years
Experience in the particular role: 1 Year

Compensation: Commensurate with skills
Role and responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls
- Initiate contact with decision makers and influencers within organizations for building relationships, identifying new opportunities and selling company product
- Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales/ calling quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets
- Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Meet and exceed all Monthly and Annual Sales quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Log Lead generation / managements activity and contacts in sales system or CRM
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, zeal for sales, must have experience in Outbound sales Experience Must have good planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Graduate with relevant job experienceExperience in CRM software
