Business Development Executive
Position Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Bangalore
Employment Status: Regular Full-time
Experience: 2-4 years
Reports To; Regional Sales Manager – ROI
Travel: No
Salary: Commensurate with Skills
Language Known: Hindi & English
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting using variety of lead generation methods like Cold Calling, Customer Referrals and Outbound activities.
- Work actively and effective coordination with Channel partner for generating leads.
- Establish strong relationship by providing accurate and timely demonstration and information to prospects and customers such as products features, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns.
- Complete RFP’s and preparation of commercial proposals
- Follow up on proposal submissions, negotiation and business closure.
- Be aware of organizational growth initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company’s potential to meet customer needs
- Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Present product / services matching the prospect needs by understanding their requirements and thorough in depth product demonstration.
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM. Perform routine data quality checks.
- Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline funnel building targets and new account acquisition targets
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate, MBA preferred
- At least 2+ years of sales experience in online sales of HR and Payroll – B2B segment
- Consistent performer in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Thorough understanding and demonstration skills of software product sales
- Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the sale
- Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market
- Should have worked with at least one CRM software for planning and recording sales activities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with email writing.
- Self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work independently to meet company objectives
